Victoria Galletta R.Kin - Owner of Pure Movement- Aqua Therapy

In this episode, I interview Victoria Galletta, a Registered Kinesiologist and owner of Pure Movement in Collingwood, Ontario. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph and a post-graduate certificate in Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management from Humber College. Victoria’s main clinical focus is in the field of Aqua Therapy through Pure Movement. Pure Movement’s mission is to improve quality of life of adults through Aqua Therapy and personalized workout programs. Allowing clients to continue living independently, playing with their child, grand children and enjoy their regular recreational activities. Her experience started began like any R.Kin, in a physiotherapy clinic, where she discovered aqua therapy.

In this episode we discuss how Victoria jumped into the deep end and made a splash creating Pure Movement and how volunteering helped her decide what she didn’t want to do.
