In this episode, I interview Allysha Jindal, R.Kin and Health & Well-Being Coordinator with CGI. Mrs. Jindal obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University. In her role as a Health and Well-being Coordinator, she provides direct or remote services to CGI members in the GTA and Markham region. Her different duties are explained within the episode.
