Lauren Jenkinson, R.Kin - Cardiac Rehab
Lauren Jenkinson is a R.Kin and CSEP Clinical Exercise Physiologist working as a cardiac rehab supervisor at UHN Toronto Rehab's Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation Program. Lauren graduated from University of Guelph and then Humber College from ELSM Program. She thrives when helping patients create realistic, long lasting, and enjoyable healthy behaviour change. Her passion is to help others live a fulfilling and healthy life in the most thorough way possible. Through her experiences and education in kinesiology she empower's people to harness their potential to make positive changes to their lifestyle. She was also the host for the inaugural season of The CSEP Podcast, focused on mentorship in the field of health & fitness.
